When you click on the box to enter the answer to the security question to log in on a new movie device, the app crashes, thus making log in impossible. How can you launch an app version without testing this very basic function?

Have called bank to complain about mobile app....told check back next day!!! Now the update has failed and cannot upload icon or delete icon from phone!!! Giving up
Overall it is a good app, though still requiring much more features....but this latest update needs fixing..doesnt even allow to log in. Please fix it quick.
I use the CCS app all the time but I made the mistake of trying this latest update. Now the app has disappeared completely. I cant even get to the crash point that other users are complaining of. Please fix soon, Coast Capital!
The new version is not at all user friendly. Wish we could get the old version back.
Freezes, crashes and its not user friendly. I prefer the old version.
Every time I select the account to pay bills from, it doesnt load the account in the field.
I use iOS 9 on an iPhone 6, and the app crashes immediately when my Swype keyboard is about to appear. Once I switch to the stock iOS keyboard, it seems to work. Please fix this.
This app is impossibly unfriendly. The user interface is complex, unintuitive and a jumble of features that feel tacked on. In a time where mobile usage has or will surpass that of traditional laptop/desktops, Coast Capital needs to invest the time and whatever resources are necessary to develop a solid bespoke mobile mobile application (not a web app!) I have been a loyal Coast Capital customer for a long time and will continue to be one for many years to come. But for a younger generation, the technically savvy or anyone with thinking about switching financial institutions this app is a critical failure. Gross!
The update is glitchy and unattractive/not user friendly...Id rather see my accounts in a list rather than having to swipe through. Why switch to that? Too often account info is unavailable and Im told to check back, but only on some accounts. If youve missed a field, it doesnt highlight the field, it just returns to the screen, which can be confusing. Jerky and glitchy doesnt inspire confidence in a banking app. Not impressed. :(
Used to work well. After an update, it doesnt log in. Unusable.
You guys need to integrate push notifications so when money goes in and out, youre notified. The Visa Desjardins card needs to have its own app or be integrated into this one because a mobile site isnt going to cut it. Otherwise the app is great. Also add Touch ID as an added layer of security. It just makes sense especially for this app.
Please revert to you old app from 6 months ago. Since the updates screens are not working, they open and close and give white screens.

Account balance info & bill payment still regularly "not available." Now getting error msg: The operation couldnt be completed. (NSURLErrorDomain error-999.)
Constantly crashes
This App is now broken, well done. I might be switching banks a lot sooner then I thought! I am tired of this poor customer support, and the fact I still cant take a photo of a check and cash it yet is beyond me, when so many other banks support this feature.
I have had to delete and reinstall this app about 30 times. Really frustrating to try to use *Update: just had to delete it again. Wont even open. Just blue loading screen for hours
